Merino Kids USA Wholesale is the official U.S. distributor of award-winning natural merino baby sleep bags, newborn baby wraps and baby sleepwear from Merino Kids of New Zealand. Wholesale supply and drop ship service is available to approved resellers.
Terms and Conditions
Placing an order with Merino Kids USA Wholesale signifies acceptance of these terms by the reseller. Terms and conditions may be changed from time to time without notice.
Application
Resellers interested in selling products from Merino Kids should apply. Acceptance of a reseller is at the discretion of Merino Kids USA Wholesale. Acceptance as a reseller in no way constitutes agency, partnership or legal representation.
Orders
Resellers may place orders with Merino Kids USA Wholesale online or by email. Merino Kids USA Wholesale may choose not to accept any order at its discretion.
Wholesale Supply
Wholesale supply is available for single-shipment orders of at least $1,000 retail value (before wholesale discount) delivered to the reseller.
Wholesale Drop Ship Service
With wholesale drop ship service, resellers may have individual orders shipped directly to their end customer on their behalf. There is no minimum order for wholesale drop ship service.
On-line Sales
Resellers may list Merino Kids products on their branded web sites and are encouraged to use the approved product images and product descriptions provided on the Resources page. Resellers may not list Merino Kids products on marketplace sites such as eBay or Amazon.com as these sales channels are separately licensed.
Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of order and included in the order total. The reseller is responsible for shipping costs.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order.
Delivery
The order will be dispatched to the address provided at the time of order. The reseller is responsible for any additional costs incurred if the item is undeliverable or an incorrect address was provided to Merino Kids USA Wholesale.
Coupons
Retail coupons, discounts or promotions may not be used with Merino Kids USA wholesale or drop ship orders.
Returns
Merino Kids USA Wholesale will replace any items returned by the reseller with manufacturing faults. Merino Kids USA Wholesale does not accept items returned directly from resellers' customers. Merino Kids USA Wholesale may choose to accept other returns from resellers at its discretion, and such returns will incur a restocking fee.
Termination
Either party may terminate the wholesale reseller relationship by giving 30 days notice by email to the other party.
How To Order
To place a wholesale or drop ship order, select your products and quantities ('Add to Cart') and proceed to checkout on the Cart page. Remember to Sign In for your order to earn your reseller discount. Your approved drop ship or wholesale discount will be calculated at checkout.
